Were looking for a Junior Web Developer with a strong understanding of Webflow to help maintain and improve the Signals website. This is a hands-on opportunity for a student or early-career web designer/developer to gain real-world experience in a growing B2B tech company.

Youll work closely with our design and marketing teams to make visual updates, improve site performance, and ensure a consistent, high-quality web experience.

• Make updates to the Signals website using Webflow, including layout, copy, interactions, and CMS content
• Collaborate with design and marketing to implement new pages, campaign assets, and A/B tests
• Maintain visual consistency, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility standards
• Help improve site performance (speed, SEO basics, UI fixes)
• Document and streamline internal processes for making website changes

• Basic proficiency in Webflow (youve built your own site or managed a Webflow project)
• Familiarity with responsive design, layout systems, and content structure
• Eye for clean design and UX best practices
• Bonus: understanding of basic SEO, HTML/CSS, or Figma handoffs
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
