We are looking for an organized BD Lead Generation professional to assist in our Sales Teams with outreach and selling of our company's services. BrightCrew is a Business Process Outsourcing company (BPO) providing Offshore and Onshore Virtual Assistants and operational talent such as Tech specialists, accountants, sales, and marketing professionals, located in the Philippines, Malaysia, India, and Sri Lanka, serving clients in the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, and Europe.

This is a remote job, so applications are welcome from anywhere.

The responsibilities include generating leads, using lead lists for systematic direct outreach to new client prospects via email or platforms like LinkedIn, creating engaging social media content to build personal and corporate authority in BPO, and posting promotional literature on LinkedIn regularly.

This individual represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase BrightCrew's brand awareness by observing market, competitors, and industry trends, and making recommendations to improve outreach practices.

Responsibilities:

• Promoting the company's brand and introducing services to target prospects.
• Researching prospects' public data to identify approaches.
• Connecting with a prescribed number of connections daily.
• Posting at least 3 content items per week.
• Gathering and analyzing market data to draft reports.
• Implementing new sales strategies and systems.
• Maintaining relationships with key clients through calls, understanding needs, and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Staying current in the industry by attending educational events, reading publications, and maintaining networks.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B direct sales is advantageous; training and support will be provided for motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Content marketing expertise is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure.
