Hourly Salary Categories Hourly 4 Highly Qualified by Test; Hourly 6 Highly Qualified by Education Tulsa Public Schools’ existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustments based on education/experience and/or years of creditable service. Position Summary To assist the library media specialist with office/clerical duties, locating, circulating, and shelving library materials. Supports the mission of the Library and Instructional Media Program and promotes access to library resources by providing technical assistance to the library media specialist and assistance to teachers, students, and other patrons. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 48 hours of approved college credit, an associate degree from an accredited school, or successful completion of a district approved highly qualified test preferred Experience One (1) year experience working with children preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stoop, bend, stretch Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to climb ladders or stepstools to reach upper shelves Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.
