Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on mortgage loan options & provide regular updates
• Evaluate credit, financials, and match clients with the best products
• Manage applications from start to close with precision and care
• Build lasting client relationships and grow referral networks

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in the mortgage industry (required)
• Active MLO license (required)
• Solid knowledge of federal, state & local lending regulations
• Tech-savvy with CRM/loan origination systems
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
