Overview: $16.00 / Hour 16+ earns $16.00 / hour, positions also available for and 15-year-olds, pay may vary based on job duties and responsibilities. Joining our Schlitterbahn team means you' ll

• Earn a FREE lifeguard certification to administer CPR and First Aid and get PAID while you are in training!
• Monitor and enforce the water park rules in our pools, slides, and lazy river.
• Receive continued training.
• Learn to properly use and store rescue equipment.
