🚨 We’re Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor – Gaska Tape, Inc. 🚨

This is a hands-on leadership role —perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and supporting a dedicated team.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Supervise and support maintenance technicians and custodial staff
✅ Oversee daily equipment and facility maintenance
✅ Plan and execute preventive, routine, and emergency repairs
✅ Participate in capital improvement project design and implementation
✅ Maintain inventory of critical parts and supplies
✅ Promote a strong safety and reliability culture
✅ Prepare and manage the maintenance budget.
What We’re Looking For:
🔧 5+ years of experience supervising maintenance in manufacturing
🔧 Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems
🔧 Proficiency with CMMS systems
🔧 Familiarity with OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70B standards
🔧 Strong organizational and communication skills
