Salary - $110K - $130K + 10% targeted bonus.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strategic profile and orientation to results to lead the marketing area LATAM Export. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing local marketing campaigns and projects, working in an integrated manner with sales teams, vendors, external agencies and the regional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute the local marketing plan, aligned with the LATAM regional strategy.
  • Develop multichannel campaigns focused on demand generation, brand positioning and engagement with the channel.
  • Manage the relationship with manufacturers, ensuring the correct implementation of marketing funds (MDF/Coop).
  • Coordinate events, digital initiatives and Ingram Micro's presence in the local market.
  • Monitor KPIs, ROI and report results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the local marketing team and coordinate external agencies.

Profile Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Administration, Communication or related (postgraduate degree desirable).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in the technology or distribution sector.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, budget management and digital campaigns.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, etc.).
  • Fluent English and Spanish (oral and written).
  • Analytical skills, strategic vision and strong execution capacity.
  • Experience leading teams

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,500.00 - $170,900.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
