Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RESIDENTAL Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship. As a Finish Carpenter, you will be responsible for completing detailed work on residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all installations meet our high standards of quality and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Install fixtures, trim, and moldings with precision to enhance the visual appeal of spaces.
• Perform concrete forming for structural elements as needed.
• Work on roofing projects, ensuring proper installation and finishing techniques are applied.
• Execute trim carpentry tasks that require attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to accurately complete projects according to specifications.
• Apply caulking and other finishing materials to ensure a polished final product.
• Utilize hand tools effectively to carry out carpentry tasks safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

• Proficient in fixture installation techniques, including cabinetry and shelving.
• Experienced in concrete forming processes for various applications.
• Knowledgeable in roofing systems and installation methods.
• Strong skills in trim carpentry, including baseboards, crown molding, and window casings.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for project execution.
• Familiarity with caulking applications for sealing joints and gaps effectively.
• Competent in the use of hand tools such as saws, drills, chisels, and measuring devices.
• Understanding of stucco application techniques where applicable in finishing work.
• A keen eye for detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Need to be proficient in hanging interior and exterior doors, laying baseboard and trimming windows, snap lock flooring, porch columns and railings, trimming out staircases, including handrails, there will be some other odds and ends, but anyone with a skill set that includes the above will be able to do it. We provide larger tools like table, saw, and miter saw and compressor and Nailers.
