Due to active growth in the Practice, WNY House Physician PLLC is looking for a full time Nure Practitioner for house visits and assisted living facilities visits in Buffalo, NY , Erie and Niagra County .

As a part of our team, you will:

• Obtain complete health and psychosocial history and record findings in a systematic format.
• Perform complete physical assessment.
• Orders, performs, and interprets routine laboratory tests.
• Provides health education and counseling.
• Arranges referrals to other members of the health team as needed and to community resources.
• Uses appropriate reporting mechanisms as required by law.
• Respect the dignity, confidentiality, and privacy of patients.
• Obtains appropriate authorization and consents for treatments.
• Review the patient’s medical diagnosis, prognosis, medications, procedures, and clinical course.
• Market and provide community education

REQUIREMENTS:

You must be a compassionate and empathetic clinical professional with the ability to provide the highest standards of care to our patients. It is also important to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a positive and motivating manner.

• Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner/PA training program and certification by the State Board of Nurse Practitioners/physician Assistants
• A current license to practice as NP/PA in the state of NY,
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Ability to utilize electronic documentation required.

Occurrence based malpractice.
