Job Description

Job Title: Nursing Home Administrator Location: Flagstaff, AZ Type: Contract Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $55/hour Duties: Provide leadership, financial management, and oversight of a multidisciplinary, Medicare-certified skilled nursing facility serving long-term and rehabilitative care needs. Ensure effective use of resources to maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident. Participate in developing and implementing goals, objectives, programs, and policies related to facility operations. Enforce facility policies while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Represent the facility in collaboration with external agencies and community organizations. Apply performance improvement methods and tools to improve operations and efficiency. Requirements: ~3–5 years of experience in long-term care and in an administrative role ~ Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the State of Arizona ~ Valid driver’s license (required for any job-related travel) ~ High school diploma (minimum requirement; experience-dependent) ~ Fingerprint clearance card
