Job Description

The Outside Utility Laborer is responsible for maintaining, repairing and cleaning Western Village outside property, including greenscapes, parking lots and outer buildings.

Duties:

• Maintain all landscaping by ensuring all bushes, trees, etc. are well groomed and presentable.
• Ensure parking lots and pathways are clear and free of debris.
• Preventative maintenance and use of equipment to include weed whackers, leaf blowers and snow removal equipment.

• Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and fix and report unsafe conditions to management.

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age.

• Valid Nevada driver’s license that has been active for at least one year.
• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
