United Talent is seeking part-time Stage hands to support live music and theater events in the Morgantown, WV area this fall and spring !

Whether you're looking to break into the entertainment industry or just want extra income, no prior experience is needed , just a strong work ethic and a flexible schedule!

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down stages and event structures
• Move and handle equipment including lighting, sound gear, and road cases
• Load and unload materials from trucks
• Follow safety protocols and direction from event leads
• Work as part of a fast-paced, collaborative crew

Pay & Schedule:

• $18/hour
• Events occur 1–2 times per month , lasting 1–2 days each
• Shifts may include daytime , evenings, or weekends , depending on event needs
• Must have open availability for flexible scheduling

Requirements:

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Reliable attendance and time management
• Comfortable pushing/pulling/lifting/moving 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and stay safety-focused
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Background in theater or the arts is a plus , but not required
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
