Overview We’re seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) who has a passion towards best practices for patient care in the area(s) of outpatient orthopedics, vestibular dysfunction, sports medicine, and headache management. The site supports and works closely with the area high school, Headache Medicine, Pelvic Health providers, Cancer surgeons, Orthopedic surgeons, and primary care providers. Our outpatient office in Glastonbury is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) driven by excellence. We support our local high school and athletes with our Sports Medicine Program and work in partnership with our ATC and physician colleagues to provide seamless coordinated care. We also provide care for the Headache population, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Safe Steps Program, Total joints from the Bone and joint Institute, and general orthopedic neuromusculoskeletal conditions. Both new grads and experienced clinicians are welcome. * Position Specifics* Physical Therapist (PT) independently evaluates, determines treatment strategies, delivers and/or delegates services that identify, prevent, remediate, and rehabilitate acute or prolonged physical dysfunction or pain, with emphasis on physical dysfunction. This role encompasses evaluation skills and techniques, analysis of patients, and therapeutic application of physical and chemical agents, exercise and other procedures to maximize the patient's functional independence.
