Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-9.
Youll laugh. Youll break a sweat. Youll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference. It may be tough, but coaching our kids will be one of most rewarding things you ever do.
What We Offer: - Competitive Base Pay
- The training rate is $15/hour
- After completing training, pay is $20/hour (including admin and setup/breakdown time).
- Pay can be up to $28/hour through advancement

Schedule: - Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings are available
- Saturdays : mornings are required
The Job: - Bring Soccer Island alive with your enthusiasm and creativity
- Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 9 years old, including field set-up and take-down
- Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
- Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers
Qualifications: - Genuine passion for children and sports
- Safety conscious
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, jog, and model childrens soccer skills
