Summary : The Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and directing daily activities/tasks to employees, ensuring plant operations result in the production of timely quality printed products. In this role, the Production Supervisor works closely in developing and growing associates. In the absence of the Plant Manager or Assistant Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor will act in accordance as primary plant leader.
Schedule : 3rd shift, Monday-Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, or similar. This is an in-person position. Training may occur at other times.
Salary Range: $60,000 To 70,000 Annually
Compensation commensurate with experience.
