Project Architect

• Hybrid remote(3 days onsite/2 days remote)
• Full-Time/Permanent

We've spent the last 150 years becoming a nationally recognized top architecture firm. You will be the main point of contact for daily project updates with our Healthcare or Higher Ed clients. This role offers a significant opportunity for the successful candidate to make a positive impact on both the firm and their career. You will work closely with the firm's Principals throughout all phases of the project. This high-visibility position provides outstanding opportunities for innovation, challenging design work, client interaction, and direct collaboration with our architectural, interiors, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of architectural experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Architectural License(preferred but not required)
• Healthcare or education project experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate documents from internal staff, consultants, and contractors.
• Handle construction administration tasks, including shop drawing and submittal reviews.
• Document code review and compliance.
• Possess knowledge of industry standards, construction methods, and building systems.
• Utilize Revit with high technical proficiency.
• Perform quality control checks on design and construction documents.
• Lead and mentor a team of architectural designers and drafters.
• Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices through professional development.
