This position will involve collaboration across academic, governmental, and field-based partners to ensure the success of this global health initiative. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Oversee the implementation study's day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables. Coordinate stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain detailed documentation. Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets. Study Implementation Support the rollout of VectorCam in Uganda, including training programs and field data collection. Ensure compliance with ethical research protocols, including IRB submissions and updates. Data Management and Reporting Monitor data collection processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Collaborate on data analysis and prepare progress reports for stakeholders, funders, grants, and publications. Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate communication and collaboration with government agencies, NGOs, private funders, and academic partners. Support capacity-building efforts, including designing training materials and workshops for local teams. Administrative Support Manage procurement and shipping of study-related materials to field sites. Ensure grant and contract reporting requirements are met. (Hybrid: combination of on-site, office and remote work) Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree candidate or graduate in Public Health (MPH/MSPH), Biomedical Engineering, Health Administration, Health Sciences or related fields. Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data management tools like SAS, Qualtrics, REDCap and others. Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. Must be willing to travel to Uganda, and various countries in Africa, Asia, and South America, on a as needed basis to support field activities. Preferred Qualifications One year of experience planning, developing, implementing research studies and protocols. Experience in global health research or implementation projects, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. Knowledge of malaria surveillance, vector-borne diseases, or health systems strengthening. Familiarity with GIS or other spatial analysis tools. Experience with IRB protocol development and grant submission.
