Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage purchase orders; maintain purchase order database and inventory system

• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal guidelines

• Utilize software programs effectively and assist in training team members as needed

• Communicate and coordinate with various satellite agencies

• Support the Purchasing Manager with additional tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in purchasing or a related administrative role

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
