We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Spring Hill, KS. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Provide information to visitors and callers as needed
• Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized
• Receive and distribute mail and packages
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
