West Knoxville Law Firm is looking for a front desk receptionist. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone with a professional and pleasant demeanor as well as dependable and trustworthy. Pay will be based on experience.

Job Duties :

• Answer multi line telephone system, directing calls to the appropriate person
• Schedule appointments for clients or potential clients using Google Calendars
• Perform other general clerical duties
• Provide support to Attorneys and other office staff as needed

Requirements :

• Must have a pleasant and professional phone presence
• Be organized and detail oriented
• Must be willing to learn and accept instruction
• Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service
