Title: Recruiter

Location: Remote work from home. If local, occasional travel for team events quarterly.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal and external Executive Recruiters to identify client’s needs.
• Source and contact active and passive candidates using multiple methods and resources including, but not limited to, job board applications, proprietary database searches, referrals, and search online networks (like LinkedIn).
• Review resumes and assess candidates' applications.
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Source active and passive candidates using multiple methods and resources including, but not limited to; applications, proprietary database, referrals, and online networks.
• Call candidates to uncover qualifications, motivational fit, compensation expectations, relocation needs, and availability, etc.
• Present job opportunities to candidates after matching the candidate's interests and employer requirements.
• Educate candidates on the total value proposition of the company including the benefits, career development opportunity, variable pay structure, etc.
• Refer short-listed candidates to hiring manager; makes recommendations regarding hiring of candidates, facilitate all stages throughout the selection process, and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Manage ongoing relationships with candidates.

Requirements:

• Comfortable making phone calls and talking to candidates by phone.
• Understanding of sales processes and building a pipeline.
• Technical proficiency to learn new programs, and proficient with Outlook, Word, google suite products.
• Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word (required) Excel (preferred).
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Good strategist and problem solver.
• High-energy, and self-motivated.
