Polaris Freightways is hiring Regional Class A CDL Drivers for nationwide routes. We don't believe in "one size fits all." Whether you want to burn miles to maximize your paycheck or run regional freight to get home more often, we have a lane for you. We go where the freight takes us, but we always get you back.
Compensation & Bonuses:
Weekly Average: $1,500 - $1,700 per week.
Sign-On Bonus : $2,000 Total ($500 on 1st load, $500 after 30 days, $1,000 after 60 days).
Performance Bonus : Earn up to an additional $0.03 CPM monthly based on safety, mileage, and productivity.
Accessorial Pay:
Detention : $12.50/hour (starting after the 2nd hour).
Layover/Breakdown : $100 per day.
Home Time (Your Choice):
Flexible Policy: We don't have a rigid set policy.
Option A (Max Earnings): Longer length of haul runs (avg 400+ miles) to keep you moving.
Option B (More Home Time): Regionalized freight options to get you home when you need it.
Freight & Route Details:
Route: Regional (Lower 48), with most freight running East of I-35 .
No Forced NYC.
Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Freight . (50-60% Drop & Hook / 40-50% Live Unload).
Mileage : Fleet average is 2,000 miles/week.
Equipment & Support:
Trucks: Drive 2024 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
Support: 24/7 Operations Support .
Requirements :
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
Clean driving record, able to pass DOT exam and commitment to safety.
