As a Systems Engineer, the candidate will provide the technical guidance and oversight in support of the customers Integration, Verification/Test, Validation Transition (IVVT) function. Candidate will support a Joint customer Program Office responsible for acquiring the future GEOINT Ground Architecture that will provide the user community with capabilities in a modular, open architecture that provides global, persistent, real-time surveillance and activity-based intelligence information. This position supports a hybrid agile process with the Government as the overall integrator./ppInnovative Projects: KBRs work is at the forefront of engineering, logistics, operations, science, program management, mission IT and cybersecurity solutions./ppCollaborative Environment: Be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and innovation, fostering a supportive and intellectually stimulating workplace./ppImpactful Work: Your contributions will be pivotal in designing and optimizing defense systems that ensure national security and shape the future of space defense./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliLead the customers Component-Level IVVT activities including gathering, normalizing, and inputting required data into the customers requirements verification traceability environment and tools to support the standardized verification process, and conducting/supporting inspection event coordination and execution in order to support the sell-off of Component-Level requirements./liliSupport Enterprise and Component-Level test planning and coordination across stakeholders, perform test-related analysis and produce metrics, and generate and review IVVT documentation and status reporting./liliFamiliarity with custom test management tools, including TestRail./liliSupport various requirements closure and readiness assessment events/liliEnsure IVVT work is planned in accordance with their agile processes and implementation using JIRA and Confluence tools, and will support the administration of the customers engineering tools and environments (JIRA, TestRail, Confluence, and custom)./liliPerform assessment and consultation on various SE and IVVT functional areas and tools as needed./li/ulpWork Environment:/pulliLocation: On-site/liliTravel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%/liliWorking Hours: Standard/Flexible/li/ulpQualifications:/ppRequired: Security Clearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph/ppIC: Experience working in government or industry in relevant work areas including: the IC acquisition and requirements processes, execution of requirements derivation, decomposition and sell-off; software test planning, management, execution, integration, and reporting/ppSystems: Experience providing full-lifecycle systems engineering and integration (SEI) support for complex systems/ppCollaborate: Experience and ability to work collaboratively with mission partners and stakeholders across organizational boundaries/ppTeams: Great customer teaming skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams/ppCommunication: Accomplished written communicator and public speaker/ppTasking: Ability to organize, schedule, and accomplish a wide variety of tasks/ppMission: Experience supporting sensitive mission activities/ppMS: Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ppTools: Agile planning and execution using JIRA and Confluence tools Experience with TestRail and/or Zephyr/ppReady to Make a Difference?
