We're looking for high-energy, motivated Sales Associates for our North Tonawanda, NY dealership. No sales experience? No problem! We believe in potential, passion, and drive. We’ll provide the tools and training you need to excel, including a training salary during your first 60 days to help you get started.
What You’ll Do:
- Create a fun buying experience that our customers will never forget!
- Build strong relationships and maintain open communication throughout the sales process.
- Set, meet, and exceed sales goals with confidence.
- Be the go-to liaison between customers and all departments.
- Conduct impressive walk-through presentations and stay in touch with potential buyers.
- Participate in ongoing training, morning meetings, and special vendor sessions to keep your skills sharp.
- Attend exciting RV shows, 2-3 times a year.
- Most importantly, have a blast selling dreams on wheels and waves!

Requirements:What You Need:
- A positive, can-do attitude and the drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Basic computer skills and a valid NYS driver’s license.
- The ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
- High School Diploma required; college degree is a plus.
