Job Description
Position Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Specialist will play a key role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and creating marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales growth. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials to support outreach efforts.
Track and report on sales performance and marketing campaign results.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
