We are seeking a seasonal, full-time chef to oversee all meal preparation for an UHNW couple in Miami, FL. They appreciate healthy, thoughtfully crafted cuisine with an Asian/Japanese flair and maintain simple, routine breakfast and lunch habits, ending each day with a sit-down dinner experience.

This is a live-out, full-time salaried position with benefits.

The schedule is October-May, 5 days/week (Wednesday–Sunday; Monday & Tuesday off).

Responsibilities:

Breakfast & Lunch Prep

  • Prepare grab-and-go breakfasts (i.e. overnight oats, parfaits, fresh fruit, egg dishes).
  • Portion and package items for drive-time consumption.
  • Assemble ready-to-grab salads and light lunch options, stocked in refrigerator.

Dinner Service

  • Create sit down dinners 5 nights per week, emphasizing: Japanese techniques, Pan-Asian flavors, and health-forward, pescatarian-focused menus with minimal red meat
  • Oversee table presentation, plating, and light kitchen cleanup.

Kitchen Management:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
  • Coordinate grocery shopping, vendor relationships, and inventory control.
  • Manage seasonal pantry staples and local produce availability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Private or Personal Chef for UHNW clients or similar high-profile households.
  • Expertise in Japanese and broader Asian cuisines, with strong foundations in healthy cooking techniques.
  • Comfortable working independently for a small family unit, prioritizing consistency and quality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to anticipate household needs.
  • Attention to dietary restrictions (pescatarian, low-meat).

Location: Miami, FL (Live-Out)

Schedule: October–May, 5 days/week (Wednesday–Sunday; Monday & Tuesday off)

Compensation and benefits: $125,000-$150,000 per year; medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% covered).
