Seasonal Harvest Associate

Seasonal Harvest positions Hourly - $17/hr $34/hr Sundays The season will be starting mid-Sept 2025 and ending Nov 2025. Job Posting-Truck House-Deshler Seasonal Full or Part-time

A Seasonal Harvest Associate will...

Unload grain for customers and keep the work area clean and safe. These positions are great for anyone that needs flexible employment or a little extra money. College students may be a perfect fit. Flexible hours available Need to be at least 18 years of age and work at least in 3 hour increments for days and/or nights and/or weekends $400 Bonus-Work at least 100 hrs and complete season $800 Bonus-Work at least 300 hrs and complete season

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Assist customers in unloading grain from trucks, wagons and trailers.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• It may include helping to grade grain and taking samples from trailers.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working outside, in and around grain bins, including dusty environment.
• These positions require a full range of body motion including bending, squatting and twisting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and reach work above shoulders is preferred.
• Able to be at work promptly at the start of your work day.

Miscellaneous Information:

• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Ability to read and follow directions.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Follow all Legacy safety policies.
