As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. What You’ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior.
  • Assist with emergency response activities as directed, maintaining communication with Allied Universal management and site contacts.
  • Document and report incidents, observations, and daily activities according to site requirements.
  • Support a welcoming environment by providing assistance and directions to guests and staff as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
