Candidates must have prior experience on job sites, be able to pass a drug screen and background check, and have reliable transportation. **Responsibilities**:

• Assist in various construction tasks such as clean-up, material handling, and tool operation.
• Support skilled trades and follow safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

• Experience on commercial or industrial construction sites.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
