Description
Job Functions:
• Reviewing vendor activity for new purchases and returns to drive record keeping into the configuration management database (CMDB), tagging and updating the CMDB and client management (CM) systems for asset assignment, location, service status, etc.
• Monitoring stock and initiating purchases for all end user IT equipment and supplies for tech support, life-cycle and other IT areas at New Jersey and other Freedom locations
• Oversee and report on the processing of tickets for terminated associates including interacting with supervisors, HR and IT staff to maximize equipment recovery
• Coordinating IT asset disposals at all locations
• Creating ad hoc and custom reports as well as maintaining various Excel reports with CMDB and CM data and leading the move to BI reporting
• Support other areas of IT including Desktop Engineering, IT Implementation, Security, Tech Support, Business Support as assigned
• Administration of major software portals for Adobe, Microsoft, AWS, IBM to manage license assignment utilization reporting, optimization and license compliance
• Participate in ITAM improvement initiatives and inter-organizational teams

1) Strong experience with Excel [CSV uploads in to the CMDB(comma delimited file), Know how “fields” are mapped] Carlos also stated, “I need someone that can do V look ups and pivots in their sleep. There are resources out there that are familiar with old CMDBs which is a great profile for this position.
2) Asset management admin experience (4-5 years preferred)
3) Experience working with software management tools like ServiceNow, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, BMC, CMDB, or endpoint management

This company is looking for a Sr (ITAM) admin responsible for the execution of end‐to‐end IT asset lifecycle management for the entire enterprise. This includes the monitoring, recording and tracking of assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts, licenses, entitlements, policies and safekeeping. Further, the ITAM team is tasked with implementing solutions that allow the IT department to reduce costs and provide competitive advantage through support and maintenance contracts

Work Environment
8 AM to 5 PM, casual work environment. There will be remote options. Current plan is 3 days on site and 2 day remote.

Requirements:
• Advanced Excel Word and Powerpoint skills and experience including pivot tables, vlookups, mail merges and other advanced functions

• Experience with all Office applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Notes, Access, Teams
• Advanced knowledge of common concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT service field and software licensing
