About The Team
Capital Ones Small Business Bank Data Modernization team is building a data destination of platforms, products, and processes that is wellmanaged and easy to govern, and where data is easy to find, understand, and use to enable realtime intelligent experiences. We excel in building, and supporting adoption of, scalable data tools and products as we build towards a modern, realtime, data environment.

The Senior Manager, Product Manager for the Small Business Bank Data Modernization team plays a critical people leadership role in achieving our goals. This individual will lead and mentor a team of product managers in building our universe of data products covering our most used data for our data consumers; analysts, engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business partners. This role is crucial for transforming the data experience for all of our customer personas across Small Business Bank and will play a leading role in shaping local and partner roadmaps as we define shared capabilities that can be scaled across our line of business, and Enterprise.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of product managers.
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field).
• A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business and/or data strategy and analysis into consumerfacing digital products.
• Deep understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience with largescale data platforms, data warehousing, data lakes, or realtime data streaming technologies.
• Proven ability to define and drive multiyear product roadmaps.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers as both data producers, and consumers.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary ranges by location.

• McLean, VA: $193,000 $220,300
• New York, NY: $210,500 $240,300
• Plano, TX: $175,500 $200,300
• Richmond, VA: $175,500 $200,300

This role is also eligible to earn performancebased incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or longterm incentives (LTI).
