Description Leidos National Security Sector has an opening for an upcoming
SharePoint Administrator to join our team supporting the Kennedy Maritime Analysis Center at the National Maritime Intelligence Center in Suitland, MD. Primary Responsibilities: - Administer and optimize SharePoint site collections and sub-sites across multiple classified networks.
- Collaborate with IT teams (system admins, database admins, other SharePoint administrators) on configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and site management.
- Develop and manage sub-sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to enhance data structure and operability for mission-critical objectives.
- Work closely with government customers to document requirements, scope projects, and estimate delivery timelines.
- Design custom functions, workflows, forms, and reports using SharePoint Designer, Crow Canyon, Office 365 Power Platform, and other approved tools.
- Maintain documentation and continuity books to support tasks and procedures.
- Ensure high availability and optimal performance by monitoring and resolving issues with servers, systems, applications, and operating environments.
- Manage communications across multiple domains, facilitating seamless collaboration between external users and internal customer teams.
- Implement and enforce security policies, ensuring compliance with customer security standards across managed site collections.
Security Clearance: - Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience. Additional experience, certifications, and trainings may be accepted in place of a degree.
- Active IAT Level II DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ce) or the ability to obtain within 30 days of offer acceptance.
- Experience in Information Systems with a focus on SharePoint Administration.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and MS Office products.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
Preferred Qualifications: - Any Microsoft Office 365 Certification is a plus.

Pay Range: Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00
