Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Site Manager to oversee safety operations at industrial sites with challenging conditions. You’ll ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage risk, and lead teams in environments that demand physical resilience and adaptability. Responsibilities

• Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments in high-risk areas, including heights, tight/confined spaces, and dusty environments.
• Monitor and mitigate exposure to external elements (wind, rain, snow, etc.) and temperature extremes.
• Train and lead teams on safety procedures in challenging conditions.
• Respond to emergencies and implement corrective actions swiftly.
• Maintain detailed safety reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) REQUIRED
• Proven experience as a Safety Manager in industrial or construction environments.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and climb in physically demanding settings.
• Comfortable working at heights, in tight/confined spaces, and in dusty areas.
• Resilient to temperature extremes and external elements (wind, rain, snow, etc.).
• Strong desire, willingness, and ability to learn new safety protocols and tasks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Certification in OSHA, CSP, or similar safety credentials is a plus.

Work Environment
