Job Description
Complete Care at Home is seeking compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals to assist our senior citizens live safe and healthy lives at home. Our caregivers help seniors with their ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) such as Bathing, Dressing, Toileting, Ambulation, and running errands. You will also help with medication reminders, documentation and light housekeeping. No experience is necessary to apply, we are happy to train you if there's anything you don't know how to do!

Our seniors live in various cities including Santa Barbara, Goleta, Montecito, Buellton, and Solvang. We assign shifts based on a caregiver's availability and location, though consistency is required. Our average shifts range from 4 to 12 hours in length. We also have overnight shifts and weekend shifts. New caregivers should expect to have SOME weekend work assigned to them as needed to help with the large volume of shifts we need to staff over weekends.

How to qualify for the job:

1) Have deep compassion and respect for seniors

2) Be willing to undergo a background check for the Home Care Aide Registration of California (if you have not already)

3) Have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle

4) Be a strong communicator

5) Be punctual!
