Job Summary: The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video) that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
• Experience with social media advertising and understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
