We are seeking many enthusiastic and motivated individuals who can canvas and help build our team of Solar Canvassers. In this role, you will engage with the community through door-to-door outreach, introducing common since savings with a script and gather valuable feedback. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working directly with people and have a passion for making a difference in their community.

COMPENSATION

WE ARE OFFERING 75 % CONPENSATION FOR MARKETERS/CANVASSERS FROM MARKETING & SALES COMMISSIONS, on all deals once funded from a generous sales red line.

Duties

• Lead door-to-door canvassing to engage residents and share information about our programs and initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with potential supporters, addressing questions and providing information.
• Utilize strong customer service skills to build rapport with community members.
• Market our initiatives through persuasive conversations, aiming to increase awareness and support.
• Collect data and feedback from residents to help inform future outreach efforts.
• Negotiate and discuss program benefits with potential supporters to encourage participation.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize effective canvassing techniques.

Experience

• Strong communication skills are essential;
• Familiarity with telemarketing or electioneering can be advantageous.
• A background in negotiating or engaging with diverse populations will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Job Type: Full-time, with Benefits after 60 days.
