We’re seeking dependable and detail-oriented On-Call Splash Cleaning Technicians to support our 24/7 operation. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards by covering shifts on short notice, including last-minute call-ins, vacations, evenings, weekends, and holidays. If you take pride in delivering exceptional results and thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Qualifications:

• A strong commitment to reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence in every task.
• Ability to work as part of a team and solve problems proactively.
• Ability to perform tasks like lifting 50 pounds, bending, walking and standing for extended periods.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person!
• A valid driver's license is required as a condition of employment to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred.
• Experience with minor maintenance or trades (e.g., changing light bulbs, painting, small repairs) is a plus.
