Your Role

Victoria's Secret & Co. is looking for interns to join their various Finance teams in the summer of 2025! Finance interns will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from professionals that will provide hands-on training, as well as complete recurring and ad-hoc projects specific to the area in which each candidate is placed. Over the 12-week internship, interns will develop relationships with each other and key leaders within the enterprise through training, community service, and other associate-only experiences.

Finance Internships are available in a variety of areas, which could include the following:

* Financial Planning & Analysis (Brand)

* Accounting / Financial Reporting

* Financial Planning & Analysis (Corporate)

* Central Planning

* Marketing Finance

* Finance Technology

* Stores Finance

* Internal Audit

* Treasury

* Retail Operations

Your Impact

* Assist in preparation of standard business reporting and month-end close activities

* Perform business and profitability analyses

* Communicate research findings in a professional, clear, concise, and technical manner

* Aid with departmental administrative needs

* Complete special projects as directed

Minimum Salary: $23.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience

* Working towards an undergraduate degree or equivalent

* Must be able to work 40 hours per week during the summer of 2025

* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

* Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and possesses innate ability to be curious

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* General curiosity around retail and fashion industry
