Phil Long Kia is actively seeking a detail-oriented Full-Time Title Clerk to join our enthusiastic team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for processing both new and used vehicles for registration in the appropriate states, preparing tax and title documents, and submitting essential legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles. Your keen attention to detail will ensure accuracy as you verify funds and lienholder payments, while also preparing payoff checks and managing dealer trades. You'll maintain meticulous records of outstanding title work and report statuses to management, ensuring a seamless workflow.
