We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title Closer opportunity with a well-established Title Company known for its professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client service.

This is a full-time, in-office role (not remote), Monday - Friday in Orlando, FL .

Your Specific Duties Will Include:

• Managing and closing 25-35 files per month , ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handling all aspects of the closing process, from opening orders to preparing the final closing package.
• Communicating with Realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers, and clients to ensure seamless transactions.
• Maintaining and building strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, vendors, and other business partners.
• Reviewing and clearing liens, judgments, and title commitment requirements, ensuring compliance with lender closing instructions.
• Ordering and reviewing surveys, pest inspections, insurance certificates, and sales contracts.
• Preparing estoppel letters as needed.

Specific Qualifications for the Position Include:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with RamQuest Software is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay Rate Range: $58,000 - $65,000 per year + bonus structure.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
