Home Health Physical Therapist Contract Details: ~$2,100 – $2,266 per week* ~14-week contract ~ Paid by the hour – not by the visit ~ Physical Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients ~ Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits ~*Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
