Job Description:

Cape Regional is looking for a dedicated MST/PCU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for weekend night shifts. This role requires the ability to float to all like units and is crucial for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the MST/PCU setting.
• Float to all like units as needed to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Additional Information:

• EPIC experience required.
• Schedule: 36 hours (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) or 48 hours (Friday-Monday).
• Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent Tele RN experience at a busy Level 1 Trauma facility.

License/Certification Requirements:

• Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse);
• Current American Heart Association
• BLS Certification,
• Current ACLS American Heart Association,
• NIHSS.
