• Location: Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 – Colorado nursing jobs\n
• Healthcare Setting: Level III Trauma Center with advanced surgical suites\n
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 11/25/2025 – End: 2/24/2026)\n
• Shifts: 4 x 10-hour day shifts per week; rotating evening, night, and weekend call required\n
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week\n
• Travel Nurse Housing: Newly remodeled, fully furnished studio and one-bedroom apartments available just 1/2 block from the hospital (includes Wi-Fi, utilities, and laundry)\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Colorado RN License or Compact RN License in good standing\n
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) – required for all travel nurse jobs\n
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse or in a surgical setting\n
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)\n
• Must be available to work during the holidays (Christmas/New Year's)\n
• Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility\n

\n\nOperating Room Nurse Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care to surgical patients during the intraoperative phase\n
• Circulate and scrub in diverse surgical specialties: robotics, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, OB-GYN, ENT, plastics, urology, pediatrics, and trauma\n
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes\n
• Participate in rotating call schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures\n
