URBN is looking for a Supply Chain intern to join us for the Summer. During this internship experience, you will have exposure to a variety of components of the URBN Supply Chain organization. The position requires a self-directed, motivated individual prepared for a fast-paced environment. Working as an intern with Urban Outfitters, Inc. will provide you with guidance for future management skills and the opportunity to execute key managerial decisions.

The URBN 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/1 through 8/7 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

2. Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.
3. Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.

Work with Global Logistics Team across Finance, Transportation and Distribution
Assist in the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes
Report findings to other team members and management as required
Assist in the development of report processes across distribution organization
Support various components and activities spanning the project management life cycle such as business case analysis, detailed requirements, testing/deployment and issues management
Currently pursuing a degree in: Supply Chain Logistics, Operations Management, or Engineering. Other related majors will be considered case by case.
Basic understanding of supply chain planning concepts and business processes
Self-starters
Experience with statistical and financial modeling and developing reporting tools
Demonstrated analytical skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access
