With a team of 4 veterinarians and 20 support staff, we handle a variety of small animal cases, from routine check-ups to complex medical challenges. Your Role as a Veterinary Receptionist:

• Greet and check in clients and their pets with care and professionalism.
• Handle multi-line phone systems and assist clients through various communication channels (phone, email, app, etc.).
• Manage patient records, schedule appointments, process payments, and explain prescription details.
• Provide steady support to the veterinary team during routine and emergency situations.
• Ensure clients feel comfortable and well-informed, drawing on your strong customer service skills and veterinary knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

• A positive, friendly attitude, along with the ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations.
• Previous experience in a veterinary or similar medical office setting.
• Strong communication and computer skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Confidence and comfort working with animals and handling sensitive situations.
• Experience with EVet software is a plus, though not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
