The ideal candidate is a hard-working, dedicated, and reliable team player with strong leadership skills. This individual consistently demonstrates excellent organization and accountability in all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control and record-keeping. The ideal candidate is capable of staffing, coaching, training, supervising, and motivating warehouse personnel while maintaining an efficient, well-organized environment. They are committed to operating economically by minimizing waste of time, materials, and manpower, ensuring smooth and productive warehouse operations. We will provide the tools necessary to complete the job the Mahaska way. Requirements: - Strong communication skills.
- Ability to understand and use technology.
- Analyze and interpret data.
- Basic math skills.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to half a BBL weight.
- Ability to do some travel as necessary.
