Job Description
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a full time, direct hire opportunity in Princeton IN. The Supervisor be responsible for overseeing one area within the facility with roughly 15 employees they would be directly responsible for including a group lead and team lead under them. This Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing that production requirements are being met, safety standards are being maintained and improved within the facility, investigating safety incidents and audits, supporting training and development programs, monitor quality control within the facility, and support company initiatives as needed. It can be expected that on the average day this individual will spend 80% of the day on the floor and 20% in an office. This individual will report directly into the Assistant Operations Manager or Operations Manager. This facility in total has roughly 60 employees across the 105,000 sqft warehouse.
