Pitney Bowes is now hiring for Full Time Direct Hire Fulfillment Package Handler Lead position in our Atlanta, GA Facility. Warehouse Package Handler Lead 1st Shift Wednesday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Sunday & Monday 7:00am - 5:00pm Off days will be Tuesday and Saturday
$20.00 per hour You Are: An individual who enjoys fast paced, physical production environment while developing new skills in the mailing industry. You are a hard-working and vital contributor to our company's success in meeting productivity standards and customer satisfaction ratings.
You will: - Fill client orders while maintaining daily quality and production targets by using an RF Scanner to pick products.
- Ship client orders per customer specifications for previously picked products.
- Operate equipment and/or perform specialist functions.
- Perform Lead functions for a team of associates as assigned.
- Perform all additional duties as required.
Your background: As a Fulfillment Warehouse Package Handler III,
you have: - The ability to work ( Sunday 7:00am -4:00 pm, Tuesday - Saturday 8 :00am - 4:00pm ).
- The ability to be dependable and reliable. The ability to understand and follow safety and other operational directions in English, or translated from English, irrespective of your native language?
- The ability to work overtime which may include weekends, holidays and or a different shift with little or no advance notice.
Preferred:
- Prior parcel, fulfillment, warehouse or equivalent experience.
- 1 - 2 years experience in a Lead capacity within a fulfillment facility.
Physical demands and abilities: - The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations.
- The ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodations.
