As a Bartender, you will be at the forefront of our bar, showcasing your bartending skills and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for crafting a wide range of cocktails, from classic to innovative, using high-quality ingredients and techniques. Your exceptional customer service skills, extensive knowledge of cocktails, and ability to multitask will make you a key contributor to our bar team.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, including signature cocktails, with precision and flair.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar station, including stocking and replenishing bar supplies.
• Prepare garnishes, fresh ingredients, and house-made syrups for cocktails.
• Educate guests about our cocktails and provide information about our Tex-Mex cuisine.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol.

Qualifications:

• Bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
• Ability to create unique and innovative cocktails while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and engaging personality.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to the sale and service of alcohol.
