Job Description

Pay Rate: $45 - 50/Hr on W2 Duration: 12 Months

• 1) MS or BS in chemical engineering or related engineering fields with at least 2 years' experience in catalyst evaluation, and design and operation of process equipment.
• 2) Strong knowledge of operating, troubleshooting and designing lab or pilot scale catalyst testing apparatus.
• 3) Strong knowledge of pilot scale testing unit maintenance and safety requirements.
• 4) Knowledge of circulating fluidized bed operation, and/or reaction and fluidization engineering are beneficial. Prior experience in catalyst testing and in materials science including physical or chemical characterization would be a plus.
• 5) Knowledge of process and automatic control equipment and soft wares (e.g., LabView or Ignition) are highly desirable but not required.
• 6) Ability to lead an operation team as requires and supervise multiple technicians.
• 7) Ability to write technical reports and effectively communicate to a broader audience.
• 8) Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
